places of the region. The nearest seaside towns are Savelletri and Capitolo, which can be reached
by car in a quarter of an hour or less.
Casa Nonna Lina is an 18th century house that has been recently renovated; the building is typical of the area
and is referred to as 'cummerse' due to the particular sloping roof made of 'chianche', a limestone
that is abundant in the subsoil. The structure is divided into two residential units, all air
conditioned and equipped with every comfort;it is possible to rent
the apartments singularly or togheter, creating a unique solution.
